Application of Risk Management to medical devices (ISO 14971)
Risk Management is traditionally an area of weakness for most companies and frequently a failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is the last item that is completed for the Technical File. Greater emphasis is now being given to this area - so much so it is now a theme that is being introduced throughout medical device standards.
This FREE 1 day event which includes several interactive workshops, run by experts in the field, will cover all the key issues that will enable you to introduce and maintain an effective Risk Management system for your company.

Innovation Day 2009
The Medilink Innovation Day 2009 was held on 2 April at the Athena Conference Centre in Leicester. It proved to be a hugely successful event for the healthcare and bioscience sector in the East Midlands and we would like to thank those who provided sponsorship, those who exhibited at the event and everyone who came along for the day.

Medilink EM was granted the contract for the Healthcare and Bioscience iNet by emda in September 2007. The iNet helps people in the healthcare and bioscience sector, particularly in East Midlands’ businesses and universities, to develop new technologies, processes, products and services in order to build a healthy economy.
It is part of a region-wide initiative to create an environment in which innovation – the successful exploitation of new ideas - flourishes and prosperity grows.
