The next Infectious Diseases Special Interest Group (SIG) is taking place on Wednesday 28 February in Leicester.  The theme for this SIG is: “Diagnostics: Bad Bugs-No Drugs”.

This free to attend event is being held as part of the SoLSTICE programme – a project part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, click here to be re-directed to further information about the project.

Presentation topics include:

  • – Molecular diagnostics of multi-drug resistant Urinary Tract pathogens
  • – Use of a rapid bacteria specific metabolic assay to determine accurate total bacteria counts in any fluidic sample

If you are travelling by car, please set your destination postcode to LE14 2LJ. The venue is situated just outside of Melton Mowbray and there is ample free parking available.
