Suppliers of software solutions and services to the NHS that want to apply for the UK government G-Cloud 10 (G10) procurement framework must submit their applications by 23 May 2018.
The procurement framework can be accessed by any NHS or public sector buyers and used to place orders for software and services without running additional lengthy tendering exercises. For orders with a cumulative value over £118,000 this would otherwise generally require a full OJEU open tender process. The G-Cloud framework can be utilised for both small and large volume buying.
Whilst a presence on the G-Cloud framework is not a guarantee that any orders will be placed, it does reduce one of the barriers to the rapid uptake of innovative software and services. It also provides visibility of your products and services to buyers utilising the G-Cloud catalogue to search for solutions.
Successful G10 suppliers will be placed on the Digital Marketplace, all G-Cloud 9 services will be removed after G-Cloud 10 services go live (if you are already on G Cloud 9 you will need to re-apply for G Cloud 10.)
